Step 4 : Issuaance of admission form and fee bill.

4 recent passport size photograph of child.
Photocopies of CNICs of Father and Mother.
Photocopies of CNICs of working Parents (if except Father).
B.Form by NADRA (photocopy).
Last school certificate (Original) for class II or above.
Vaccination Card.
